Key Reponsibilties:

Rapidly identifying and repairing operational inefficiencies
Leading and developing Easysteel’s operational leadership team
Driving safety, compliance, and system improvements across all sites
Implementing and managing warehouse, delivery, and H&S systems
Enhancing commercial performance through strong operational oversight
Championing a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement

Essential experience:

Proven leadership in complex production/distribution environments
Deep understanding of health and safety practices and compliance
Strong commercial acumen and decision-making capability
Experience implementing operational systems and processes
Exceptional communication and team leadership skills

Nice to have:

Exposure to continuous improvement frameworks (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
Project management and capital works experience
Strategic thinking and planning capability
Steel industry experience (handling and processing) – beneficial but not essential
