About the Role

As a Foreperson with Brian Perry Civil, you’ll lead site activities to deliver civil infrastructure projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with the project team, manage resources, and coach others while ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Organise and oversee daily construction tasks to meet programme and quality standards
Monitor productivity, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Ensure health, safety, and environmental controls are applied and documented
Manage resources including people, plant, and materials to prevent delays
Coach and support team members, fostering skill development and teamwork
Maintain accurate records for progress, quality, and compliance

What You’ll Bring

Trade qualification preferred, with proven ability to manage subcontractors
Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil infrastructure works and team supervision
Strong understanding of HSEQ principles and ability to lead by example
Skilled in interpreting drawings and specifications and communicating requirements
Excellent organisational and time management skills under pressure
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team and stakeholder engagement
