About the Role

As a Foreperson with Brian Perry Civil, you’ll lead site activities to deliver civil infrastructure projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with the project team, manage resources, and coach others while ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance.

  • Organise and oversee daily construction tasks to meet programme and quality standards
  • Monitor productivity, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental controls are applied and documented
  • Manage resources including people, plant, and materials to prevent delays
  • Coach and support team members, fostering skill development and teamwork
  • Maintain accurate records for progress, quality, and compliance

What You’ll Bring

  • Trade qualification preferred, with proven ability to manage subcontractors
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil infrastructure works and team supervision
  • Strong understanding of HSEQ principles and ability to lead by example
  • Skilled in interpreting drawings and specifications and communicating requirements
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills under pressure
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team and stakeholder engagement
