About your New Role

We have an amazing opportunity to combine your love of people leadership and working in a customer centric environment all into one role, Join us as a Sales Manager in our Merchant sector at Iplex Chipping Norton. You will lead and inspire a dynamic team of account managers and internal sales professionals, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive and achieve ambitious sales targets. In this role you will balance team leadership with hands-on sales execution, guiding your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while personally driving growth within your territory.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and bringing to life sales strategies inspired by market insights and customer feedback, making a real difference for our clients and our team. By cultivating strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, you will influence outcomes, resolve challenges, and champion innovative solutions that drive revenue in your region. This role will have a mix of managing current and past clients as well encompass new business development seeking out new opportunities to grow our portfolio.
