About the Role

Are you an experienced Piling Rig Operator with a proven track record in bored piles and CFA (Continuous Flight Auger) piling? We’re looking for a skilled professional to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality foundation solutions.

Operate piling rigs and cranes safely and efficiently as directed by site leadership.
Perform daily safety checks and maintain equipment in top condition.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and contribute to a safe work environment.
Participate in planning meetings and assist in developing work plans.
Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations and project delivery.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 6,000 hours operating bored pile rigs and strong experience with CFA piling.
Certified to operate piling rigs/cranes and hold a full NZ driver licence.
At least 5 years’ experience in civil construction operating cranes and drill rigs.
Familiarity with vibro hammers, drop hammers, sheet piling, driven piling, and general lifting.
Strong commitment to health and safety practices.
Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in physically demanding environments.
