About the Role

As a Plant Operator you’ll operate heavy machinery and support the construction of temporary and permanent works to meet project quality and safety standards.

Operate plant and equipment safely and in line with project requirements
Carry out daily pre-start checks and maintain machinery to manufacturer standards
Follow work plans, lift plans, and site safety procedures
Assist with planning and resource coordination to meet project targets
Maintain clear communication with foreman and team members
Contribute to a positive safety culture and environmental compliance

What You’ll Bring

Minimum 4 years’ experience in civil construction operating plant
Trade qualification or enrolled in relevant course
Current WTR endorsement and Site Safe Passport
Ability to read and follow lift plans and work instructions
Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards
Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Physically fit and adaptable to changing site conditions
