Our Firth team in Taranaki are on the lookout for an Area Operations & Sales Manager to support, lead and empower the team to deliver on our promise to put to customers first.

What you’ll bring:

• Leadership experience in operations and sales within manufacturing or distribution
• Proven ability to manage budgets and full P&L responsibility
• Strong communication skills – able to engage, coach, and inspire teams
• Industry knowledge of light manufacturing or building products
• Problem-solving mindset with confidence in decision-making
• Commitment to safety and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Ability to manage change effectively and maintain team engagement
