Our Hamilton, Papakura and Onehunga sites play a vital role in serving the Auckland and Waikato regions, and we’re looking for a dynamic Production Engineer to join our team.

About the Job:

This unique role will be split between our Auckland and Hamilton sites — spending 3 days per week in Auckland and 2 days per week in Hamilton. To support mobility, the role comes with a company vehicle. As a Production Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You’ll work closely with our production teams to optimize operations, maintain equipment, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support production operations across our Papakura, Onehunga and Hamilton sites
• Ensure roll forming machines and other equipment are maintained and operated effectively
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
• Collaborate with production staff to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets
• Provide technical expertise and hands-on support to resolve production challenges

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone with:

• Roll forming machine capability (highly preferred)
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple sites
