About Your Future Role!

Step into a key role as an Accounts Receivable Officer, where your experience and skills will be valued. You’ll manage end-to-end AR processes, maintain customer accounts, and ensure timely payments. This is more than just collections—it’s about building relationships, solving problems, and supporting business growth.

This role can either be based in our head office location in Adelaide or work fully remote from anywhere on the East Coast of Australia! Opportunities like this don't come up very often! 

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, reconciliations, and collections.
  • Monitor and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Prepare AR reports and assist with month-end processes using SAP.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in AR and finance operations.
  • Focus on outcomes—drive results and deliver solutions that support business goals.
  • Ensure a great customer experience by providing timely, professional, and helpful service.

Does This Sound Like You?

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, ideally in a mid-sized business.
  • Advanced SAP skills—confident navigating and leveraging system functionality.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and influencing style.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding targets in AR or credit control.
  • Proficiency in Excel & Microsoft Office.
  • Outcome-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
