Fletcher Insulation is a leading Australian manufacturer and distributor of insulation products, with iconic brands such as Pink® Batts and Sisalation®. Our products are used extensively in the building industry on residential and commercial projects and are supplied through our specialist customer channels, which include insulation supply and install businesses, commercial contractors, national outlets and retail hardware stores.

More About Your New Role

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to shape the future of Fletcher Insulation’s marketing and technical journey. As part of our Senior Leadership Team, the National Marketing Manager located in Sydney will guide the evolution of our brand, elevate our digital presence, and help us bring meaningful innovations to the building and construction sector. You will work closely with cross functional teams across the business (Product, Technical, Sales, Operations and more) to create a connected, customer centric approach that showcases our capability and builds lasting industry partnerships.

You will play a key role in translating complex product performance into clear value for architects, builders, distributors and end users. Beyond strategy, this leadership position is about igniting collaboration, encouraging fresh ideas, and empowering people to take ownership as we evolve how we show up in market. You and your team will champion our digital uplift, strengthening how we connect with customers through modern digital marketing, data driven decision making and engaging social platforms.

Ideal skills and Experience 

• Senior level marketing leadership with relevant qualifications and industry experience
• Background in digital marketing uplift through data led strategy and engaging social platforms
• Ability to inspire and develop a high‑performing team with clear accountability and growth.
• Partner across the business to influence product development and technical excellence
• Build strong industry relationships and represent FI in key regulatory and sector forums
• Shape commercial strategy by assessing risks, opportunities and return on investment across marketing and product initiatives
• Elevate the customer experience by aligning marketing, technical expertise and digital touchpoints
• The ability to travel interstate from time to time.
