The Role

We’re looking for a National Transport Manager to lead our transport function and deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations. You’ll drive cultural transformation, empower your team, and implement strategies that improve productivity, technology adoption, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a high-performing transport team
Optimise fleet utilisation and reduce costs
Partner with Sales and Operations to grow volumes and enhance customer engagement
Introduce technology solutions for route optimisation and real-time visibility
Ensure safety and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do

About You

Degree in Commerce or related field
5+ years’ experience in senior management roles
Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering results
Operational expertise, including P&L responsibility
Ability to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels
Strategic thinker who can lead change and inspire others
