About the Role

Are you a talented and energised Account Manager in Victoria with a passion for customer relationships and a love for uncovering new opportunities? In this role, you will work closely with active, new, and past clients, ensuring their needs are met while delivering a standout customer experience. You will enjoy staying across market trends, identifying project opportunities, and confidently following up, knowing that persistence and curiosity are part of what makes a great sales professional. If you thrive in sales, enjoy connecting with people, and want to represent a brand proud of its reputation, this role offers the perfect blend of relationship management and strategic opportunity hunting.

As the ideal candidate, you need to bring strong commercial awareness and sound financial judgment to support smart decision making and meaningful outcomes. This role will allow you with a high level of autonomy, so feeling confident organising your week, planning purposeful call cycles, and balancing time between existing clients and new introductions is key. You are an expert on staying informed on local market and competitor activity, make the most of every interaction, and build trusted relationships through professionalism, warmth, and genuine engagement. 

Skills and Experience
  • Extensive experience in sales, ideally from a technical industrial industry 
  • Excellent negotiation skills & attention to detail
  • Previous success in exceeding sales metrics and set budgets
  • Strong computer literacy, ie Salesforce & Microsoft 360
  • You are tenacious and driven to succeed
  • Previous skills in using data to make key sales decisions 
  • Warm, energised & engaged personality
  • Full Drivers License
