Description

We have an opportunity available for an experienced Finance Administrator to join the Green Team at our Head Office in Penrose. Reporting to our Group Financial Controller you will provide high quality financial and administrative support to the finance team, ensuring accurate financial data, smooth day to day operations, and effective support to internal stakeholders across the business. 

What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting the finance team with a range of administrative tasks, including accurate and timely transaction processing 
  • Undertaking accounts payable and accounts receivable duties as required 
  • Raising purchase orders and supporting purchase order processes 
  • Preparing financial and operational reports 
  • Supporting audits and responding to audit queries 
  • Maintaining databases including the Fleet Management database and Asset Register 
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve queries 
  • Providing general administration and ad hoc finance support

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Administrative experience ideally within a financial or office environment
  • A proactive, self starter mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A reliable, well organised approach to work
  • Construction industry experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, with competence in Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
