About the Role

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of operators in a rotating shift environment (three‑shift cycle). You’ll be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production while fostering a positive team culture. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your ability to coach, communicate, and problem‑solve will directly influence our success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting production teams across rotating shifts
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with company policies
• Monitoring production performance and driving continuous improvement
• Coordinating workflow, resources, and priorities to meet production targets
• Training, mentoring, and developing team members
• Troubleshooting operational issues and escalating when required
• Maintaining accurate shift records and reporting
• Collaborating with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to keep operations running smoothly
