Fletcher Insulation is a leading Australian manufacturer and distributor of insulation products, with iconic brands such as Pink® Batts and Sisalation®. About the Role 
We are looking for an innovative and tenacious Territory Manager to join our Melbourne Team, focusing on our Commercial customers at Fletcher Insulation. In this position, you will engage in proactive business development, showcasing that true hunter mentality, servicing, and revitalising client relationships. You will confidently negotiate and understand the solutions we can offer to meet our customer's needs, all while thriving in an autonomous environment where results and "making things happen" are highly valued. You will enjoy staying across market trends, identifying project opportunities, and confidently following up, knowing that persistence and curiosity are part of what makes a great sales professional. 

As the ideal candidate, you need to bring strong commercial awareness and sound financial judgment to support smart decision‑making and meaningful outcomes. This role will allow you with a high level of autonomy, so feeling confident organising your week, planning purposeful call cycles, and balancing time between existing clients and new introductions is key. You are an expert on staying informed on local market and competitor activity, make the most of every interaction, and build trusted relationships through professionalism, warmth, and genuine engagement. 

What You’ll Bring to the Role 
  • Exceptional sales background in an external sales role ideally from the building or construction industry 
  • Successfully grown targeted accounts in the past and reigniting conversations with past customers 
  • Experienced in working to sales budgets, KPIs and creating profitable sales pipelines 
  • Confident in relationship building with both internal & external stakeholders 
  • Previous experience using CRM’s and other digital platforms for reviewing data and reports 
  • Understanding of using Microsoft Office) Excel, Power Bi, Power Point & Outlook) 
  • Full Driver's License
