About the Role

At Iplex, we are continuing to evolve how we support our customers to deliver the right level of service and outcomes every time we connect. We are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Craigieburn. You will come from a customer service or sales environment and will be confident in selling technical products where size and specifications do matter. We would love to find someone confident in analysing data and collecting information so we can stay more in tune with trends and customer needs. You will need tenacity and be comfortable with negotiation and influencing while talking to either internal or external customers.

This role gives you variety day to day from managing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring every interaction is handled efficiently. You will work closely with both customers and internal teams to deliver accurate information and help drive sales growth. We need someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working with data and systems. You will need to communicate clearly, follow up promptly, and maintain strong relationships!

  • You build strong relationships and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Organised, detail-focused, and manage multiple tasks with ease.
  • Experience with customer service, sales, quoting, or order processing
  • You are confident using CRM systems (like Salesforce) and Excel.
  • Love solving problems and creating solutions to keep things moving
  • You enjoy working in a team that values initiative, reliability, and continuous improvement.
  • Ideally come from a complex trade or technical product background
