What we’re looking for
You bring care, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset, along with:
- A relevant certificate, diploma, or tertiary qualification in business administration, quality, engineering, or information systems is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in administration, quality, systems, or data‑focused roles
- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Comfort working with data, digital forms, registers, and workflows
- Strong attention to detail and a thoughtful approach to accuracy
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness to learn in a technical and evolving environment
- Exposure to construction, manufacturing, or heavy materials environments is helpful but not essential
What we offer
- A supportive, values‑led team within a well‑established New Zealand organisation
- Flexible and inclusive ways of working where possible
- Access to Fletcher Building benefits, learning resources, and wellbeing support
- A chance to build valuable systems and quality experience in a complex, real‑world environment
At Firth, we value fairness, humility, and care for one another. If you enjoy supporting others, working thoughtfully with data and systems, and being part of something that contributes to communities across Aotearoa, we’d love to hear from you
