About the Role

In this role you will lead onsite teams and coordinate the daily work needed to deliver safe, well planned and high-quality civil construction outcomes. The position brings crews, subcontractors and the wider project team together through clear communication and organised planning.

Lead teams of 5 to 20 people across multiple work fronts.
Plan month‑ahead work and set up clear daily and weekly tasks.
Monitor progress, record time and materials and keep accurate quality notes.
Identify risks early and put practical controls in place.
Coordinate plant, materials and subcontractors to prevent delays.
Support safe work practices and complete reviews, investigations and reporting.

What You’ll Bring

At least 10 years’ experience in trade‑based civil infrastructure work.
Proven ability to grow and develop front line staff.
Experience leading teams of at least 10 people.
Experience managing subcontractors and projects valued at $10m or more.
Ability to read drawings and explain construction details to others.
Clear communication, steady judgement and organised work habits.
Commitment to safe work, environmental care and fair, respectful leadership.
