About the role:
This role will see you be responsible for processing shed sales for our Southland Hub. Providing exceptional customer service and support to our Account Managers, suppliers, and customers. Your main objective will be to ensure a seamless customer experience by managing customer inquiries, providing product advice, quotes, and pricing information, and seeking out solutions to meet customer needs. 

Daily you will be responsible for –
  • Actioning Shed enquiries by phone, email & walk-in customer contact
  • Providing customers with product advice, quotes, and pricing information as well as tailored solutions 
  • Follow up on shed quotes to maximise conversion and lift Southland shed category performance
  • Coordinate with suppliers on specifications, timelines, customisation options, orders and production queries
  • Ensure shed sales are delivered consistently and efficiently across the region
  • Support with general Trade Support when required

This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 40 hours a week.  

About you:
We are looking for a practical and solution focused person who is wanting to build a career in sales all while supporting our local trade customers. 
  • Proven Customer Service or Sales coordinator/Operations Administrator experience
  • Excellent communication abilities, in both verbal and written with the capability to provide personalized solutions
  • Be able to work under pressure and organise your time and environment for maximum efficiency
  • Open minded team player who thrives working in a closeknit team 
  • Computer literacy is important, confident user of Outlook, word & general computer software, however, full training will be given on our in-house computer systems
  • Building Industry experience is not essential, however the preferred candidate will have a desire to learn about our products & building processes
