  • Support project teams with commercial advice and risk management
  • Work with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial matters
  • Contribute to accurate month end reporting and financial forecasts

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • At least five years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction
  • Strong understanding of NZ construction contracts, including NZS 3910
  • Experience managing project budgets, claims, and commercial risk
  • Confidence using estimating and cost management software
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style

What’s on offer:
  • Competitive salary package, with relocation support available
  • KiwiSaver employer contribution matched up to 4%
  • In-house technical training and leadership development programmes
  • Career opportunities across Higgins and Fletcher Construction
  • Educational support for you and your children
  • School holiday programmes and tutoring support
  • Discounts with partners including Southern Cross, ANZ, Z Energy, PlaceMakers, Mico, and Samsung
