We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to join or busy in-house creative team at Fletcher Construction.

We work on a wide range of marketing collateral across three brands – Fletcher Construction, Higgins and Brian Perry Civil with a particular focus on technical submissions and major proposals. Reporting to the Creative Hub Manager you will be working on creating new design concepts, graphics, and layouts for both digital and print marketing in line with our branding and design standards.

What you will bring to the role:

Solid graphic design experience (5 + years) with a strong design portfolio that demonstrates diversity
A Tertiary qualification in graphic design is advantageous
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign. Some experience with Microsoft Word and Powerpoint would be an advantage, as would video editing ability
A willing and proactive approach to design, with good ability to listen and question briefs in order to deliver results that effectively engage with the intended audience
Strong attention to detail and an ability to follow established brand guidelines but still use your own design instincts to create fresh new work
An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines while keeping a positive attitude
Excellent time management and ability to prioritise your workload, while maintaining versatility and flexibility
