Higgins Bay of Plenty has secured an exciting new contract – NZTA’s Integrated Delivery Contract (IDC) for the region. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Road Maintenance Labourer to join the Cyclic Crew based in Tauranga.

This long-term contract focuses on the safe, reliable, and sustainable delivery of maintenance, renewals, and safety improvements across the network. You’ll be involved in general maintenance, repair works, annual programmed works, pre-seal repairs and additional works on this comprehensive roading network.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Full Class 2 Driver's license required
WTR (Wheels, Tracks, and Rollers) endorsement a bonus
STMS Qualification
Previous experience in road maintenance
Flexibility to work days, nights, and participate in an on-call roster
Experience with incident response is a plus
Familiarity with RAMM is beneficial
Reliable, honest, and a good team player
