Description

We’re seeking a People & Performance Coordinator to join our team and support recruitment delivery and core HR coordination across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation, and wants to build their career in recruitment and HR within a large, complex and values‑led organisation.

This is a fixed term role for 12 months, based in Penrose, Auckland.

About the role

Provide coordination support across recruitment and HR administration, with the majority of responsibilities sitting in the recruitment space. You’ll be helping to ensure people processes are smooth, timely and compliant - along with things like:

  • Coordinating end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including job advertising, shortlisting support, interview scheduling, reference checks and offer coordination
  • Preparing employment contracts, variations and onboarding documentation
  • Supporting accurate data entry and employee lifecycle changes in Workday (our HRIS)
  • Coordinating pre‑employment requirements
  • Assisting with invoice administration, reporting, audit and compliance requirements

About you

You’re organised, proactive, and take pride in getting the detail right. You enjoy working at pace, building strong working relationships, and being the person who keeps things moving. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar people‑focused role
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communication skills with a customer‑focused approach
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  • Experience working with HR systems and Microsoft Office
