About the Role

This is a specialist role for an experienced paver operator who knows slipform inside out. You’ll be part of a civil team delivering concrete paving works, operating high-spec machinery and playing a key role in achieving quality finishes on site.

  • Operate slipform paving machines for concrete works across civil projects
  • Deliver accurate, high-quality paving to required tolerances and specifications
  • Carry out daily plant checks and ensure equipment is maintained and safe to run
  • Work closely with site teams to meet programme targets and sequencing
  • Identify and manage on-site challenges to keep paving operations running smoothly
  • Contribute to a safe, organised and productive worksite

What You’ll Bring

  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in concrete slipform paving 
  • Strong experience operating Wirtgen slipform pavers or equivalent machinery
  • Solid understanding of paving processes, set-up and finishing requirements
  • Experience with Wirtgen texture and curing machines is beneficial
  • Familiarity with Leica 3D machine control systems is beneficial
  • A reliable, team-focused approach with a strong commitment to safety
