About the Role

This is a specialist role for an experienced paver operator who knows slipform inside out. You’ll be part of a civil team delivering concrete paving works, operating high-spec machinery and playing a key role in achieving quality finishes on site.

Operate slipform paving machines for concrete works across civil projects
Deliver accurate, high-quality paving to required tolerances and specifications
Carry out daily plant checks and ensure equipment is maintained and safe to run
Work closely with site teams to meet programme targets and sequencing
Identify and manage on-site challenges to keep paving operations running smoothly
Contribute to a safe, organised and productive worksite

What You’ll Bring

5 to 10 years’ experience in concrete slipform paving
Strong experience operating Wirtgen slipform pavers or equivalent machinery
Solid understanding of paving processes, set-up and finishing requirements
Experience with Wirtgen texture and curing machines is beneficial
Familiarity with Leica 3D machine control systems is beneficial
A reliable, team-focused approach with a strong commitment to safety
