Looking to step into a true leadership role where you shape regional performance? We’re looking for a Commercial Field Sales Manager to lead our South East Queensland region, driving growth through strategic account development, team leadership, and execution excellence.

This is a non-transactional leadership role focused on performance, coaching, and strategy delivery, with the flexibility to work from anywhere across SEQ.

What you’ll be doing

Lead, coach and develop a team of 5 Account Managers
Drive regional commercial performance across revenue, margin, and growth products
Execute state and national sales strategy across SEQ
Build strong, value-led partnerships with key commercial customers
Collaborate cross-functionally with Residential & Primary Demand teams
Lead forecasting and pipeline planning (short to long-term)
Identify and deliver growth initiatives
