We’re looking for a detail driven Purchasing & Inventory Analyst to support our operations team by keeping stock flowing, suppliers engaged, and customers supported. This is a hands on coordination role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams and keeping things running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

Monitor and analyse inventory levels to maintain healthy stock coverage and minimise obsolescence
Raise and manage purchase orders, tracking delivery ETAs and following up on delays
Work closely with suppliers to confirm timelines and resolve issues
Support inventory management activities including stock control, cycle counts and stocktakes
Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Production and Warehousing to support customer fulfilment
Work closely with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice and pricing discrepancies

What we’re looking for

Strong coordination and follow through skills with great attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with expertise in formulas, pivot tables, and report building
Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and priorities
Clear communicator who enjoys problem solving
Inventory, purchasing or supply chain experience is essential
