About the Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will shape and execute Laminex New Zealand’s digital direction, driving meaningful engagement and growth across trade, specifier, and consumer audiences. You will define clear objectives across all digital channels and deliver integrated, insight-led campaigns that achieve tangible results. Working closely with Product and Sales teams, you will ensure digital initiatives are strategically targeted, commercially aligned, and continuously improving the end-to-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver Laminex New Zealand’s digital marketing strategy, aligned to overall business objectives
  • Develop and execute targeted campaigns with clear goals, key performance indicators, and measurable outcomes
  • Oversee and enhance website performance, search engine optimisation, and digital platforms
  • Lead social media and email marketing activity to ensure consistent, engaging, and effective communication
  • Own and execute the content strategy, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and customer needs
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure digital activity supports commercial priorities
  • Manage external agencies and media partners to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on performance, using insights to optimise future activity
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement and innovation across digital channels

What You’ll Bring
  • At least 5 years proven experience in B2B communications & content management in social media, EDMS & websites
  • Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end digital strategies and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimisation, social media, email marketing, and digital performance optimisation
  • Experience working in business-to-business or complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect digital activity to business outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
