About Your New Role

We are on the lookout for a dynamic, motivated and customer centric Account Manager to join our Melbourne Team. You will partner closely with customers across Melbourne’s Southeast, Metro and selected regional Victoria locations. Representing Baron Insulation, you will build strong relationships across the HVAC, construction and industrial markets, working with contractors, engineers, builders and resellers to deliver tailored solutions and create long-term value. You will manage an existing portfolio while proactively identifying new opportunities to grow share of wallet, while introducing new products like BARON into the market.

This role needs you to bring energy and pace to everything you do, responding quickly, following through with urgency, and staying close to your customers in a fast-moving environment. With a strong focus on market insight, you will stay ahead of trends, identify gaps and turn data into action to shape your territory strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step into a field-based role, whether you’re an experienced Account Manager or coming from an internal sales or branch leadership background and ready to take your career to the next level.
