Based in Northland, we supply timber solutions to customers throughout New Zealand and are committed to delivering excellent service, strong relationships, and efficient operations across our business.

We are looking for a motivated and organised Sales Support / Administrator to join our busy team in this Monday to Friday role, located in Whangārei. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a sales team. Experience in the timber or building supply industry would be an advantage but is not essential.

About the Role
You’ll play a key part in supporting both our sales team and customers by ensuring accurate reporting, communication, and administration across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration 
Updating customer ETAs based on production schedules 
Preparing and maintaining Excel sheets, and running stock reports
Assisting customers with enquiries and order information 
Taking inbound customer calls 
Coordinating information between production, dispatch, and sales 

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous customer service or administration experience 
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel 
Good attention to detail and organisational skills 
Confidence working with spreadsheets and reports 
Excellent communication skills  with a positive attitude and team-focused approach
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
