About the Role

As a CCTV Operator you will play a hands‑on role in pipeline inspection and rehabilitation projects across New Zealand. Based in Auckland, you will work with specialist equipment and techniques while building your technical capability in a growing part of the construction sector.

  • Operate CCTV equipment to inspect and assess pipeline condition
  • Support pipeline rehabilitation work including CIPP and UV lining
  • Record and log inspection data accurately using reporting systems
  • Troubleshoot equipment or site issues to keep projects moving
  • Work on-site across varied outdoor environments
  • Follow health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience operating CCTV inspection equipment and logging data
  • A Class 1 or 2 driver licence
  • Experience in drainage or construction environments is essential
  • Confidence working outdoors and in physically active roles
  • Strong attention to detail and practical problem solving skills
  • A reliable approach to work, with willingness to learn new methods
  • Flexibility to travel for projects when required
