We are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Production Operator, ideally with a forklift licence, to join our team on a permanent basis.

About the Role

Based at our busy production facility in Penrose, you will be responsible for operating machinery and supporting the production line to meet output targets and customer demand. This role requires a strong focus on efficiency, consistency, and maintaining smooth production flow while working to tight deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

Commitment to Health and Safety, with the ability to identify hazards and follow safe work practices
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
A current forklift licence (preferred)
A strong focus on quality, efficiency, productivity, and meeting performance targets
Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to work well within a team
A proactive mindset with the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced setting

Working Hours

We operate a rotating roster (Monday to Sunday) with 12.5-hour shifts, including both day and night shifts.
