About the Role

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the performance of our precast yard, ensuring it delivers to programme, budget, and quality expectations across multiple projects. This is a leadership role where you set direction, manage risk, and ensure the yard operates as a reliable partner to project teams.

  • Own delivery outcomes across safety, cost, programme, and quality
  • Lead engineers, supervisors, and crews across yard operations
  • Set production strategy to meet project demand and timelines
  • Manage commercial performance including budgets, margins, and risk
  • Build relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Drive consistency across planning, reporting, and operational standards

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Engineering qualification and extensive construction experience
  • Proven track record delivering complex projects or operations
  • Strong commercial and financial management capability
  • Experience leading teams and developing people
  • Ability to manage competing priorities at a project-wide level
  • Confidence working with clients and senior stakeholders
