As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted partner to hiring leaders, supporting end-to-end recruitment while creating thoughtful, seamless candidate experiences. You’ll work collaboratively with People & Performance teams to understand evolving workforce needs and help shape effective, future-focused hiring approaches.

This is a role for someone who values relationships, brings curiosity, and enjoys improving how things are done.

What You’ll Be Doing

·       Partner closely with hiring managers to guide end-to-end recruitment processes

·       Create positive, consistent candidate experiences through timely communication and feedback

·       Develop and nurture talent pools for current and future needs

·       Facilitate interviews, selection processes, and offer coordination

·       Maintain accurate recruitment data and workflows (including systems like Avature)

·       Provide thoughtful advice on role design, skills requirements, and hiring approaches

·       Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools

·       Build trusted relationships across People & Performance and business teams

·       Support fair, inclusive, and transparent hiring practices at every stage

·       Contribute to a safe, respectful, and collaborative working environment

What You’ll Bring

·       Around 2+ years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

·       Confidence building meaningful stakeholder relationships

·       A collaborative, consultative approach to working with others

·       Strong organisation, time management, and communication skills

·       Comfort working with systems, data, and recruitment workflows

·       Sound judgement, with a focus on fairness and integrity

·       Curiosity and a willingness to learn and grow

·       Experience in workforce planning, project work, or process improvement is helpful but not essential
