More About Your New Role

We are excited to be looking for an additional team member to join our Production team in Dandenong South to help continue to shape our customer’s journey.  This role sits at the heart of our operations, supporting both our manufacturing and warehouse functions to keep production moving safely, efficiently and on time.

As a Production Operator, you will work across the production floor and warehouse, operating machinery, supporting production processes, and ensuring finished goods are handled, stored and dispatched accurately. No two shifts look exactly the same. You will move between hands-on manufacturing tasks and warehouse activities, working closely with your team to meet daily production and customer delivery targets.

You will play a key role in maintaining product quality and safety standards, identifying issues early, and contributing to a clean, organised and high-performing work environment.

What Your New Role Looks Like
  • Operate a variety of production equipment and processes to manufacture high-quality acoustic panels.
  • Ensure products meet specifications and quality standards, with accurate labelling and testing.
  • Troubleshoot and solve machine issues, making adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work area, supporting our commitment to zero injuries.
  • Collaborate with your team to balance workloads and achieve production targets.
  • Report any safety concerns and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Enjoy a diverse role with the role seeing your work across production and our warehouse facility
Key Skills & Experience
  • Experience in production & manufacturing environments.
  • Forklift license is required for this role
  • Previous exposure to safe manual handling
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high housekeeping standards.
  • Support all EHS guidelines to ensure yours and everyone else’s safety on site 
  • Basic computer skills 
  • Flexible, positive attitude with a strong work ethic
