Description

The Role:

This is a pivotal role within our Gore branch that will see you responsible purchasing and maintaining stock levels.

This will include utilising our internal systems and digital technology to track and log daily deliveries
Managing all special orders while ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring accurate receipt of product and investigating any stock discrepancies and resolving items out of stock promptly
Ensure all product returns, repairs and warranty claims are processed and followed up on

This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday with rostered Saturdays.

About you:

To thrive in this role, you would need to be a keen learner and not afraid to ask questions.

Proven experience in Inventory management/Inwards goods, ideally in retail or distribution
Computer and numeracy knowledge with the ability to quick adapt and systems oriented
Thrive on problem solving as well as great attention to detail
You will also be a solid all-rounder who takes great pride in your work and can multi-task while working to deadlines and remaining calm under pressure.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with people from all ages and backgrounds.
Ability to work autonomously and enjoy being part of a cohesive and successful team.
