We’re excited to share a great opportunity within our Sales team for a commercially focused Sales Support Representative. If you enjoy working directly with customers, driving sales outcomes, and taking ownership of how work flows through the business, this could be the role for you.

In this hands-on role, you’ll manage a portfolio of customers and drive revenue through proactive outbound sales, while also owning the front-end of the sales process. You’ll play a key role in ensuring enquiries are properly qualified, routed, and progressed efficiently to support strong customer outcomes. This will be based in our Knoxfield location.

We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, confident engaging with customers, and comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy. You’ll be able to prioritise effectively, make decisions, and manage competing demands, while maintaining strong attention to detail across pricing, quoting, and account management.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Direct revenue accountability through ownership of a defined customer portfolio
• Responsibility for enquiry triage and end-to-end process flow, ensuring work is appropriately qualified and directed across teams
• A clear focus on commercial outcomes and sales conversion
• Greater autonomy and accountability, with ownership of customer interactions, pipeline management, and performance outcomes
