As we continue to evolve and grow, we're looking for an experienced Sales Excellence Manager to help transform how we plan, execute and support our sales strategy across the business.

Based in our Tullamarine office and reporting to the Head of Sales, this is a leadership opportunity for a commercially minded professional who thrives at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Category and Customers. You'll lead our Sales Operations and CRM functions while driving the systems, processes, capability and performance frameworks that enable our sales teams to achieve their full potential. 

What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with senior commercial leaders, you'll:
  • Lead integrated commercial planning across Sales, Category and Marketing to ensure strategic priorities are aligned and execution ready. 
  • Drive trade marketing and sales enablement initiatives that improve customer engagement and commercial outcomes. 
  • Develop sales playbooks, onboarding programmes, launch communications and capability frameworks that lift sales performance. 
  • Lead the Sales Operations and CRM teams, embedding best-practice processes and operational excellence across the sales organisation. 
  • Own Salesforce strategy, adoption and capability development while ensuring high-quality commercial data and reporting. 
  • Deliver dashboards, scorecards and insights that support forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility and data-driven decision making. 
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that reduce complexity and allow sales teams to spend more time with customers. 
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team while building strong partnerships across the wider business. 

What You'll Bring
We're looking for a commercially astute leader who can combine strategy, analytics and execution.
You'll ideally have:
  • 8+ years' experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Trade Marketing or Business Improvement roles. 
  • Experience working within a complex B2B, manufacturing or industrial environment. 
  • Strong knowledge of sales operations, CRM platforms and commercial planning processes. 
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce or a similar CRM platform and driving user adoption. 
  • Advanced analytical capability, including experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools. 
  • A track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that improve sales effectiveness and business performance. 
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and leadership skills.
