Description

We're looking for an experienced Drainlayer to join our Mount Maunganui team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining drainage systems on a variety of civil construction projects.

You'll work closely with a skilled crew to deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently, while also supporting and mentoring apprentices and less experienced team members.

What you'll bring

NZ Certified Drainlayer or proven drainage experience in the civil construction industry
Strong practical skills with a solid understanding of drainage installation and maintenance
Class 2 Licence and WTR endorsements are advantageous
A strong commitment to health, safety, and quality
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
