We're now accepting applications for our 2026/2027 Summer Internship Programme, with opportunities available across:

What You'll Gain
Our paid Summer Internship Programme runs from 20 November 2026 to 19 February 2027.

Your internship will begin with a welcome event in Auckland, where you'll connect with fellow interns, leaders and industry professionals before heading to your placement location.

Throughout the programme, you'll:

  • Gain hands-on experience on real projects
  • Learn from experienced industry professionals
  • Build your commercial and technical knowledge
  • Develop your professional and leadership capability
  • Grow your network across Fletcher Construction
  • Explore future graduate and career opportunities

This isn't a programme where you'll be watching from the sidelines. You'll be part of the team, contributing to meaningful work while gaining practical experience that complements your studies.

  • Civil Engineering
  • Quantity Surveying
  • Quality Engineering/ Surveying
