Description

The role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a varied role that will see you involved in mainly delivering our products directly to the customer, however you will also be serving customers on the trade counter. The role will also involve assisting the team with putting stock away and cycle counting.

Ensure that our customers, who are made up of trades, businesses and homeowners, are greeted with a cheerful smile and exceptional service
Ensuring products are organised and ready for delivery and secured to our delivery truck.
Stocking shelves and cycle counting

This is a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday.

About you:

To shine in this role, you’ll need to be an organised and reliable team player who enjoys working in a close-knit team. Have a customer-focused, outgoing attitude and strong work ethic.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport to support our valued customers
A motivated, self-driven worker, with the skill to work proactively, independently and within a team
Be confident with computers and learning new systems
Physically fit and a solid health and safety values
Ideally have some experience/knowledge in the Trade or plumbing industry
A Full New Zealand class 1 drivers’ licence is essential, and a forklift licence is an advantage, however not essential for this role.
