As an EUC Analyst, you'll be a key part of Fletcher Construction's growing in-house technology team, supporting the devices, systems and services our people rely on every day. You'll help keep our workforce connected, productive, and supported while playing a hands-on role in the transition to our future operating model as part of VINCI Construction. 

This is a great opportunity to join at a time of significant change, contribute to large-scale technology initiatives and help shape how technology support is delivered across the business. You'll be involved in device refreshes, technology deployments, site support and transformation activities that will directly impact our people across New Zealand. 

Auckland is the preferred location for this role; however, applications from elsewhere in New Zealand will be considered for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities: 
  • Provide Level 2 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, audio-visual equipment, and related technologies. 
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve hardware and software issues, owning tickets through to completion. 
  • Support device deployments, technology refreshes, migrations, and transition activities across business sites. 
  • Maintain accurate asset, configuration, and lifecycle records within technology management systems. 
  • Work closely with vendors and service providers to coordinate repairs, replacements, and warranty activities. 
  • Create and maintain knowledge articles, user guides, and support documentation while delivering clear communication to end users. 

What You'll Bring to the Role: 
  • At least 3 years' experience supporting end-user computing environments within a medium to large organisation. 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows devices, mobile devices, peripherals, and end-user computing environments. 
  • Experience supporting device rollouts, technology migrations, or large-scale IT change programmes. 
  • A high level of attention to detail with asset management, documentation, and configuration management. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a practical, user-friendly way. 
  • Relevant IT qualifications, certifications, or industry accreditations such as Microsoft certifications and/or ITIL Foundation.
