Fletcher Insulation is a leading Australian manufacturer and distributor of insulation products, with iconic brands such as Pink® Batts and Sisalation®. About Your New Role

This is a newly created leadership role of Logistics Supervisor in Dandenong is a critical addition to our site team. Reporting directly to the State Logistics Manager, you will have broad visibility across the operation and play a key role in connecting people, safety, service and performance. As a hands-on leader, you will be out on the floor building capability, driving accountability, strengthening team culture and ensuring operational outcomes are delivered safely and efficiently.

We are looking for a mature minded and methodical leader who can balance people leadership with operational excellence. You will use SAP and ERP systems to support decision-making, lead continuous improvement initiatives, challenge the status quo and work closely with teams across production, planning, inventory and transport. This is a Monday to Friday role with a supportive team environment and a genuine pathway into broader leadership opportunities in the future.
