What you'll be responsible for

Leading and developing high-performing operational teams across the Wellington region
Creating a safe, inclusive and engaged workplace culture
Delivering strong financial, service and operational outcomes
Driving continuous improvement across production, logistics and customer service
Building strong relationships with customers, contractors and key stakeholders
Supporting change initiatives while keeping people informed, involved and supported
Ensuring operational excellence across safety, quality, compliance and fleet performance

What you'll bring

Senior leadership experience within logistics, transport, supply chain, manufacturing, construction materials or industrial operations
Experience leading geographically dispersed or multi-site teams
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs and performance
A collaborative leadership style that inspires trust, accountability and engagement
The ability to balance people, customers and commercial priorities
Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building skills
A focus on developing talent and helping others succeed
