We're looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor who enjoys building strong relationships, supporting others to succeed, and creating well-organised, efficient site operations.

Role Responsibilities:

Supporting the day-to-day coordination of site operations, logistics, stock control and resource planning.
Providing coaching, guidance and leadership to site operators and contractors.
Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Monitoring site performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Coordinating plant maintenance requirements to support safe and reliable operations.
Promoting a proactive health, safety and environmental culture across the site.

Your Experience

Experience in quarrying, construction materials, waste recovery, civil construction or a related operational environment.
Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, support and develop others.
A collaborative approach and excellent communication skills.
Experience coordinating resources, logistics or production activities.
A commitment to health, safety and continuous improvement.
Confidence using systems and reporting tools to track operational performance.
