More Your New Role – Sales Support Officer

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading business as a Sales Support Office located at Edinburgh South Australia, where you will become a key link between customers, sales and operations. In the short term, you will support our sales team through quoting, order management, customer enquiries and project coordination, helping deliver an outstanding experience while ensuring projects and orders run smoothly. This position will allow you to work across a diverse range of industries including building, civil infrastructure and irrigation, with no two days the same.

What makes this role different is where it can lead. As your product and industry knowledge grows, you will gain exposure to estimating, technical quotations and project-based solutions, creating a genuine pathway into estimating. Whether you're currently supporting customers, sales, projects or trades, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career while learning from an experienced and supportive team.

Ideal Skills and Experience

Experience supporting customers, sales teams, projects or operations in a fast-paced environment.
Exposure to building, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, irrigation or trade-based industries.
Ability to interpret customer requirements and provide accurate solutions and advice.
Strong commercial awareness with excellent attention to detail.
Confidence working across multiple systems, quotes, orders and competing priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
